Lack of communication, post surgery after care is non existent. Don’t expect to get one one care. I’ve had 5 different nurses, all very nice but all with different advice on post-op care. I feel like i was just shuffled around none of my questions or concerns were really answered because i was given conflicting information. I have issues now post op and I’ve texted my concerns with the number i was told would always be responded to and I’m just ignored. I called and called told i would get calls returned just to be ignored again. I’m good with one lady at the front desk but the other one was very rude and made what i took as a racial comment to me. I’ve reached out multiple times in multiple ways and no one will assist me. I’m beyond frustrated! I don’t know if I’m healing correctly or if my concerns are something that need to be tended to. I feel like once my money was taken and surgery was completed thats it they done with you!!
