I am unsure why this place has so many five star ratings. I arrived early to my appointment and was seen 30 min late as I watched people who’s appointment were after mine go in promptly at their correct appointment time. When the doctor came in to the exam room I felt like she was trying to leave as quickly as humanly possible and did not answer all of my questions. I had to stop her from leaving so I could ask further questions and explain other concerns. With that being said, none of my questions were answered with any sort of certainty. I was told a prescription was placed right then and there at my pharmacy. I went online a few days later to check on the status and it was never put through. I have now wasted $40 and my time on this place. I would not recommend them as they are not thorough with their job and do not seem to care about getting to know new patients and their concerns.

The Dr I saw was very personable and took time to hear what I told her about my body as well as not dragging out the amount of time I was inside the office. She tackled the problems I have been having from multiple angles. Because of this it’s likely that i will see good results with my skin a lot faster than if I had to keep going back again and again (and much less frustrating). I thank her for being as very direct, concise, and nice to me. Will definitely be returning for my follow up appointment with her.
