Staff here is usually cool but today I didn’t recognize anyone. I was trying to sell my guitar. I was getting very uncomfortable with the way the associate was handling my $4000 guitar. He kept smacking it against the case and hitting it with his hand to get it back into the case when he took it out(it’s a Heritage Custom Shop H-150). He took it out of the case several times and each time he unga bungas my guitar back into its case with the side of his fist every time. Whack! Whack! Whack! I couldn’t take it. I could have told him to be more careful with my guitar but…why would that even be necessary? It’s common sense to take care of things that you don’t own. After 30 mins they couldn’t even give me an offer. Their manager was on break and they did not know when he was coming back to “assist them” in giving me an offer. Like what? Cmon, I’ll just go back to the Nashville location. Thanks. What a terrible experience. Edit: I emailed the address and it’s been a couple days. I haven’t received a response or a follow up.

Didn't have any 7 string packs I needed. Employee didn't seem to know much about what he was talking about. Won't be coming back.

A lot different experience at this GC than other ones we've been at. Bought something and all the parts weren't in it when we got home 2 hours away, and the guy that helped us seemed like a very unhappy dude.

Good store, polite staff, good inventory of instruments and supplies. Will shop there again when I need more supplies.
