You don't move the Zipper foot - you move the needle position on a BERNINA.

I brought my Janome in and they serviced it. It's worth a phone call.
You would have to contact the store directly. Bernina is a great machine. I own many and would not even think of another company. I love the quality of the stitch and the dependability of the machine. I have never had any major problems and service yearly. I also live that Bernina is still family owned. Highly recommend Sewing Macine Station.
