The ladies that check you in are wonderful and the ladies who actually do the mammogram are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I find this part of Wayne Memorial Hospital to be an actual separate building but with adjoining doors but still build by UNC Wayne health. It has easily accessible parking and is close, and handicapped parking is even closer. It is an attractive building and kept very clean. You have to put on a new mask and use an antiseptic as you enter. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have been there when the wait time is a little bit long but when I went today it was very short because they were trying to close early because of short staffing. The mammogram department is in the same building as the MRI facility. I have been to both, and find the Staffing very polite. It's a pleasure to go there compared to having to check in at outpatient registration in the main part of the hospital for procedures. You are usually checked in processed and checked out fairly quickly.

Don’t answer the phone and make you wait FOREVER before helping you even if they’re not busy.
