Excluding the the horrific experience I had getting my birth control, my experiences since have been very dissatisfactory. PCP told me my labs would be in in 3-4 days and that they would be available on MyChart. It’s been a month. I called and requested my labs, they never called me back. I did, however, get a voicemail concerning an upcoming appointment; I drove an hour to be there, called to check in from the parking lot to have them inform me that they had mixed me up with another patient and just forgot to call me to let me know. Few weeks later, call to check on my labs again, the woman on the phone says the PCP hasn’t looked at them, then hung up on me.

I gave them my availability and they changed my appointment to a day I wasn’t available.. now I have to wait a whole extra month to check on my health. This isn’t fair on my end & im very unhappy!

Dr. Rotheling is the best experienced doctor I have ever had. He delivered my daughter four years ago and today I continue to go with him for my 3rd pregnancy! I wish I could’ve came here for my first pregnancy but I was living in a different town and didn’t know about this place till my second pregnancy. I definitely recommend Dr. Rotheling. He will not rush through anything. He takes his time and asks you if you have any questions and if you do he responds to them and just makes you feel very comfortable.
