This used to be a great place when it was Goldsboro Wellness. The ladies up front are kind and courteous. Dori King on the other hand is a rude, unprofessional _________…person, I’ll say instead. She flat out told me to go somewhere else and be seen because she lied and said I was yelling when in fact i was super congested, couldn’t hear, just sick as a dog and had no energy to yell or even respond as ugly as she was acting. This place sucks.

This place is okay for the most part. Everyone at the front is really friendly. My issue is with my last appointment. I had went in for a normal visit and mentioned that despite taking my antidepressant correctly I still suffer from anxiety and other things (which I found out is more common than I thought). When my doctor DORI ANNA KING came in after finding this out, in a flat and quick tone said“well if you’re still have all these PROBLEMS despite taking your medication I don’t know what to tell you besides go to a psychiatrist…” (VERY unprofessional to say the least. We’re not friends so I don’t expect you to be buddy buddy with me but at the very least don’t refer to the issues I CANT CONTROL in such an irritated manner, and to just call them problems instead of health issues, great way to make a patient feel good about coming here.) she then goes on to ask me if I’ve seen the psychiatrist that she put in a referral for…I told her no and she got irritated again (I guess) and said “well I can’t do anything for you, if you really want help then I advise going to the place I referred you to.” Well I personally advise you to remember when a patient tells you they won’t do something, THEY WILL NOT. I told her that place had very low reviews and a lot of my friends went there and have told me it’s horrible. I told her I don’t mind finding a place and paying out of pocket as long as I receive PROPER and Respectful care. She just ignored that and told me to go to her referral…. So she completely ignored that me and my wife said we don’t want treatment from that office and when I asked her about an ulcer in my mouth SHE LITERALLY DID NOTHING BESIDES TELL ME IT WAS AN ULCER LIKE I DIDNT KNOW THAT ALREADY. This place is okay but my last appointment was borderline unprofessional and rushed. No hard feelings to my Doc. Just hard feelings for how I was handled. Thnx for reading.

I have been going to this practice for a few years now. Usually things are great. My provider ordered a MRI July 9th. As of July 21st I haven’t heard anything. I call my insurance company. Authorization request not even started. I am in terrible pain. Call back to the office Gerald the practice manager gets involved. Finally gets scheduled. No one takes responsibility for the lack of care. I cannot actually speak to my NP! During Covid they were great! I don’t know what’s changed but where I come from in Georgia when you make a mistake you admit fault and do everything you can to help the patient! Not happening here! Definitely neglance of care!
