Dr Mooring was great found out what was wrong with my husband and referred him to another doctor ordered tests but I guess the office staff doesn't have time to schedule them or could care less if they're scheduled

I am editing my post from a month ago. I did give a terrible review to begin with because I felt like they weren't taking my pain seriously. I fractured my hip and had surgery for that recently. I had been going since October for the pain in my hip causing me not to be able to walk right. I realize now that they weren't able to help me with pain because I didn't have a visible injury which I understand. They have really stepped up for me since then and I do recommend this place for orthopedic care and surgery. I am still healing and doing physical therapy but I am walking better than I was before I fractured my hip. I think they fixed whatever was going on.

The facility looks nice, doctors are great, however, my biggest complaint is the wait time. I’ve had multiple appointments here and all of them I’ve waited at a minimum 30 minutes. One of my apts was at 1:40 and didn’t get seen until about 3:00. I’ve never been seen on time here. It’s always a very long wait no matter how early you arrive. Wish they would do something about it by now as everyone complains about it.
