This was an awesome experience. I was super nervous to start but our guide was attentive and kept us engaged the entire time. We will definitely be back!

A good hiking workout, but not too strenuous to reach the southern terminas from Len Foote Hike Inn. The view might not be as spectacular as some hiking endings, but it's a place that ends or begins many thru hikers journeys, so that makes it very interesting as you can read the log books that are stored in a metal drawer in a rock.

Limited parking and the road can be a little tricky - may require 4WD if after some rain. It's a short 1 mile hike from the parking lot to the marker - medium strenuous.

Yes there is a shelter and campsites right near the terminus
The approach trail hss a few springs. Not much more than a trickle at times. The approach trail isn't scenic at all.
