You can definitely say no mushrooms, but expect to pay an upcharge if you ask to replace them with meatballs. Edit in response to other answers: the mushrooms in the pizza pot pie are 4 medium to large sized button mushrooms that are part of the basic order with no modifications. They are definitely noticable.

When I was there I belive someone was their alone to get a seat for their party but to be seated your whole party has to be there or at least almost all of your party. I'm sure if they are like 5 minutes away they may or may not wait to seat your party but do not expect them to wait for everyone to show up

You have to walk in. They do not take reservations. Waits I have experienced are between 1 hour 30 mins to 3 hours

You need to be on site. Part of the novelty is the guy at the door who remembers your face and your place in the queue. They don't even take your name! But go early, so you don't have such a long wait.

We didnt make a reservation and it was packed when we got there. Host was super nice and told us that we would be in the waiting list in case someone didnt make it. We waited like 30min but sooooo worth it!

1. A grinder is another word for a sub/hoagie/hero/etc. The oven signifies that they bake theirs. They're super good! 2. The pizza pot pie refers to the unique preparation. Instead of on the bottom, the crust is put on top, like a pot pie, before it gets baked. The cheese, sauce, and other items are in a ramekin already. It's amazingly delicious!

The closest train lines appear to be red, purple & brown. Closest stops look to be Armitage (purple/brown only), Fullerton, or, Sedgwick (also purple/brown only). Sedgwick shows the shortest walk at 17 minutes. It looks like the Stockton & Dickens stop is the closest bus stop. Google says it's a three minute walk from there. Short answer: yes.
