The sausage is ground up into the meat sauce cause you can ask for meat sauce or go with the vegetarian option that has no meat in the sauce. You could also ask for pepperoni but the pepperoni comes on the side in a plate. They will bring you 3 big, warm slices of pepperoni out with your pizza. It's different but still delicious.
Only mushrooms that I know of, however, I did say no mushrooms and it was still amazing with cheese
