I use to love eating Giordano’s in Hyde Park. I haven’t eaten here in years. I ate there tonight and instantly regurgitated everything I ate. I will not be coming back!

Customer service is horrible at this location. Delivery drivers are allowed to block the alley. While I understand standing by your staff, this is not how a customer service issue should handled.
Update: a member of management did eventually come out to resolve the issue after almost 30min.

Great flavor, great presentation, great service. The quality of the pizza was on point. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Chicago again.

Well I didnt sit down and eat I ordered out. But they only have four in at a time to wait. But you can order and then go back to your car in some cases or wait inside if you are one of the four.

I don't think you can reserve tables ahead of time, but you can call ahead and have them start preparing your order, which I recommend.
