Do not thaw set oven temp at 350 place on center rack for 40 to 45 minutes for 1lb, 30 to 35 minutes for half lb.

You can cook them frozen in the oven at a temp of 350 for 30 mins. If you thaw them your best bet is to still cook them in the oven on a low temp. Enjoy!
