I called this place 2 times to confirm hours and that it was walk in only. Upon walk in, I came upon an empty receptionist desk, cabinet files open. NO ONE WAS WATCHING THE PATIENT FILES. This is a HIPAA violation. After sitting there for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to come up, I walked into the back and asked if anyone was around. The receptionist came forward, was quite rude, and said they were only available by appointments. The hours they told me differed from what was on the printed out sign stuck to the outside door, which also differed from what I was told on the phone last time I called. The space was pretty gross, and honestly, if you're going to set up shop in the basement of an apartment, the interior needs to really be conveying some confidence.

If there were an option to put a - Star I would but -5! They lost my results and never followed up with me. The space it disgusting. do not use

It was great! Of all of the sperm banks I've used, this one was by far the best! I walked in just asking for information, but the receptionist told me that I could donate now. I asked if I could go synthesize from sperm cells, and she said, "Right this way". She then proceeded to help me make it. Lovely lady.
