I waited over an hour for my first visit, and when I was called in a tech told me to strip for an internal ultrasound that wouldn't be covered by insurance so I'd have to pay ($150). I hadn't even talked to a doctor and described my symptoms yet. I asked the tech what the procedure was and why I needed it, and she described symptoms I didn't even have? She went out to the front to clarify and came back to tell me that I could stay and talk to the doctor but it would still be $150 for the visit. This felt odd to me because my insurance covers OBGYN visits with a copay. Insurance issues aside, I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with this practice. They were about to perform an invasive procedure on me that I didn't need. I left without staying for care and would recommend anyone looking for a new OBGYN to find somewhere else. This practice seems chaotic, overloaded, and unconcerned with proper patient care.

First & ONLY time going there the computers were down, I waited approximately 2 hours before being seen. And that was after complaining. Not sure who helped me but I think it was the director, she was cool! The prescription that was sent to the pharmacy they did not have it was a prenatal dha kit. I contacted them to ask to send a new prescription (as suggested by the pharmacist, they actually spoke with the pharmacist) that did not include whatever kit they were referring to & they never sent it. Despite telling me they would. I called the next day to follow up on the prescription and they still never sent it!! They never scheduled my follow up appointment either. To say this was a horrible experience is an understatement. I went to my scheduled appt at brookdale 3 days later which was obviously not my first choice, and had all of my initial testing done that they were supposed to do and failed to do. They drew no blood what so ever. Just a sono, a new appt, & a prescription. Which I didn’t receive the new appt or prescription MY INITIAL APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 12,2022. THEY JUST NOW CALLED ME SEPTEMBER 22, 2022, TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE ISSUE I HAD REGARDING MY PRENATAL PRESCRIPTION. NOT INTENDING TO BE RUDE, I DISCONNECTED THE CALL AFTER SAYING HAVE A GREAT DAY BYYYEEEEE!
