We enjoyed the store, purchased a hoodie, but the sales rep mistakenly charged us 3 times for it and what should have been a simple error to correct has been a ridiculous experience of Extra Butter ignoring and ghosting us.

Extra Butter is an amazing store to go to. This review is for the one located in The Lower East Side of New York (Manhattan). The atmosphere here is always chill and inviting. They carry a great selection of the trendiest streetwear brands, either locally or internationally. The employees here are always welcoming and prompt to ask what they can help me with. I sometimes walk in just to check out their latest arrivals, and they’re super cool with that. What I think makes this place special and unique is that it is meant to feel like a small movie theater. From the drapes near both entrances, to the changeable title cards over the main entrance, to the set of movie theater chairs that are lined up in the middle of the store. When you’re here, its meant to feel nostalgic, like if you’re visiting a small indie theater. If you’re visiting NYC, or live here in NYC like I do, give the shop a visit.

Ordered shoes + a t-shirt, only received the t-shirt, shoes nowhere to be found. Was only provided with 1 tracking number, which contained my shirt only. No customer service number to call to smooth this out, would not buy here again.
