Sept. 4, 2022 5:10pm. Sitting in the store writing this. My husband and I have been walking around for 10 minutes and no one has spoken to us. Not even the woman in the white shirt (black lace on the back), who walked up behind me, moved around me and straighten shoes on the display that I was standing across from (a two foot space). This is NOT what customer service looks like.

Horrible policy. I purchased expensive shoes at Harry's. They have very soft rugs there, and you never can tell whether the shoes are comfortable until you test them out on wood at home. By then, too late to return them. The store is unscrupulous and shifty, with overpriced, ugly shoes that lack grace and style. Pushy, rapacious sales people, who prey on the elderly and infirm. If you can walk, walk away.
