Been going here sense I was 15 gotten tattooed by both artist nothing bad has ever happened. Will never go anywhere else. Tattoos get infected when people dont take care of them right. Everything they use is pre packaged. So if it did get an infection, it's not on their end. As for the actual question that was asked. You have to be at least 14 and both of you have to have I.d. if the minor doesn't have state identification then any of the following work... school id, birth certificate, pass port or insurance card.

We dont do this piercing. People chip their teeth.

All depends on the design and size it's better to come in for a consultation to get a price for that.

14 with parent. 16 is for tattoos.

The prices depend on which piercing I didn't get my ears done there so I don't know that one but my nipples were 30 or $40 piece depending on which jewelry you wanted.

It's 30 with a hoop and 40 with a small stud.
