Been going here sense I was 15 gotten tattooed by both artist nothing bad has ever happened. Will never go anywhere else. Tattoos get infected when people dont take care of them right. Everything they use is pre packaged. So if it did get an infection, it's not on their end. As for the actual question that was asked. You have to be at least 14 and both of you have to have I.d. if the minor doesn't have state identification then any of the following work... school id, birth certificate, pass port or insurance card.
Emily I really don't kno but I made a wrong statement about the place. Now as for piercings I really don't kno how they are, as for tattoos don't go there nd please tell anyone that may want to go there. The reason I say this is cause my daughter's got tattooed there last week Tuesday and I got my tattoo on Thursday. Well Thursday nite my daughter ended in the hospital nd just this Monday I was in the hospital. Our legs are swollen and infected, my girls and got tattooed by Michael. Suppose 2 be the owner nd has been tattooing 20yrs. Now I have to say the place is no good, plz don't go there, I just wouldn't trust them.
