If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I came in to return a pair of shoes with my receipt for one’s I bought 3 days ago (which are extremely overpriced by the way). They told me I couldn’t because I had worn them once and the reason I was returning then was because they didn’t fit and gave me a blister. Absolutely ridiculous I will never be back here again and would never ever recommend anyone ever go here.

If only every business was run by people like the folks at Tip Top Shoes. I completed my purchase and almost wanted to just stay and hang out, with how friendly and pleasant everyone in the store was

I was in the neighborhood yesterday and stopped into Tip Top Shoes just to see if I could buy some sneakers, as I am long over due for a new pair. Long story short, I found an amazing pair or shoes and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The salesman, Melvin, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He analyzed my walk, measured my feet and really explained why the shoe would work for my foot. Truly a dying art, someone who knows what they are doing. Great service and quality name brand product…. (Now… could you get it somewhere on the internet cheaper? Of course. But to be honest personalized service is more than worth is. You could… but without knowing why that style works for your foot and your walk… Go, and let Melvin put you in a great pair of shoes I’ve said too much 😂😂😂 9 out of 10 would recommend. 👍

I just had a fantastic experience with Melvin, the pedorthist on the floor at Tip Top! I’m 30 years old and just waking up to all my bad footwear habits, and honestly I got much more information from Melvin than I did from a few of the podiatrist MDs I have seen. He pointed out that while my bunion and metatarsalgia are factors that were diagnosed, they likely resulted from my flexible foot, which needs more support than I knew. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything, either, and it was my regret only that I could not have given Melvin more commission than I did for all of his advice, his showmanship (I mean who even has that kind of sales flair anymore?!), and kindhearted anecdotes.
