The only thing more amazing than the prices are the people! The Doctor is intelligent and thorough; the lab team is efficient, fast, and precise with their work; and the sales staff provides fantastic service. Hannah will make sure you get exactly the lenses/frames you need and Mike will ensure they are made to perfection and completed on time (likely ahead of schedule) Also, get their product protection plan for your glasses… it’s 100% worth it!

They were all so wonderful! Super friendly staff made check-in a breeze, Doctor worked efficiently and gave me more accurate prescription than one I had before, with healthier contacts. Glasses selection was great and affordable! I couldn’t help but pick up 8 pairs from (7 of which are shown here, last pairs on my face). Staff didn’t hurry or press you to buy anything, just all super helpful and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend!

I am really unhappy with my glasses from here. While the customer service was great, these $500 glasses must have one of the cheapest scratch resistant coatings ever. I've worn glasses my entire life. Cleaned them with my shirt, worked landscaping, in kitchens, went mountain biking. Don't get me wrong, I was not gentle and kind with my old glasses (had them 10 years), so yes, they were scratched and beat up. I did not expect a brand new pair to scratch to the same level after only a few weeks of cleaning them exclusively with clean microfiber and clean water (usually filtered). My glasses now ALWAYS feel like they have horrible smudges on them. The discrepancy between my hard worn good ol' boys and these much more expensive lenses is a joke. I only wish I was within my refund time so I could get my money back and take my business somewhere else. Sorry EGW, I'm not impressed.

I had not been to eyeglass world for about 10 years . It was time to get an exam . Appointment was quick and easy over the phone . I had my exam , picked out my frames and was out the door . My new glasses came in about 10 days . The staff was very friendly and helpful. My new glasses fit perfect and are comfortable . Kudos to the staff . A+++

One more thing. Not one part of these are working. I have to hold close work practically at arms length. I don't see any questions getting answers. Why is this?

I think they can't due to HIPPA & privacy regs. Call them, might be able to get emailed, if it is ur private account (not a business one). Most likely, they can mail a copy. But, this is just a copy community forum about the business, not monitored by Eye Dr

I have diabetes and my last exam 4 years ago showed both eyes were developing cataracs. My mother also lost her vision to macular degeneration. Under these circumstances will Medicare cover my exam?

As far as I know they do not take any state insurance, even for exams. They have very decent prices though, just 39 for an exam when normally they are 100+. Vision works takes most insurances including state and have great glasses. But not as good as eyeglass world with their 2 for 78 deal!
