I Went into the store without a Verizon account to get my phone unlocked and was so happy to have the help of your specialist with the beard that was there at closing on July 7! He was so sweet and took the time even after closing to help me figure everything out! I appreciate him so much and would love to see him as a manager because he had the costumer service that’s needed to be a manager as well as the skill set and drive! Amazing service!
