No idea why the reviews are so poor. I scheduled appointment online for 8am. Arrived at 7:58am and checked in via the link I received via text. I sat down and saw my name on the TV as checked in. Waited maybe 4 minutes and was called back. Staff very personable. Was in and out of quest in 15 minutes. Super efficient. I have always had a similar experience here. Been coming for my annual blood work for years. Never had any issues at this location. Fast, efficient, easy.

No attempts are made by staff to enforce the masking that they still require on their website and remind you in their appointment confirmation. All other medical providers and quest lab in the El dorado hills location are able to enforce masking in a medical setting and they do it professionally. If this is an important issue, stay away from this Folsom location. At least 75% of their patients in the busy waiting room and office are allowed to go unmasked.

They were rude and disrespectful will never go there again. Wasted my time. I would recomend anywhere else. They really need to fire some people there.
