Russell and Daniel have been absolutely amazing! Within the past month they have fixed our dryer, dishwasher (at 4:30pm on a Friday), and ac unit (at 6pm on a Sunday). Every time we see them around the building or during a maintenance call, they are super polite, kind and friendly! Also, they fix things SO fast! Thank you, Russell and Daniel! We appreciate you guys!

I have no issues with the apartment, and the maintenance requests are handled promptly. My only issue with the location is the noisy free concerts that take place on Thursday-Sunday in the summer. I moved here late 2019 so thanks to covid, i did not experience the concerts in their full glory until this year. There were a few last year but i don't recall them being as frequent as this years. I'm frustrated right now because its Thursday evening after a rough day at work, i have a headache which is being aggravated by the noise from todays free concert, and i will not know peace and quiet until 10pm when it ends. It is also likely that there will be events on the commons all weekend. After this plague of noisy free summer concerts, i am not inclined to renewing my lease which is a shame because its otherwise not a bad place to live.

Living at highpoint was wonderful! The location, the apartments and the amenities were perfect. The leasing manager, staff and maintenance are always kind, friendly and efficient. I had to move out of state but, if I move back to Columbus I would definitely go back to highpoint.
