My wife and I have been very happy with our experience at Cool Springs Internal Medicine. We are both patients of Dr. Dannenberg who is caring, competent, and professional. The same can be said of the nurse practitioners I've seen at the walk-in clinic. The nurses and office staff are helpful and conscientious. We've never had any insurance or billing issues. The patient portal is easy to use. I'm able to schedule an appointment, pay bills, check health records, and communicate with my doctor. If you're in search of a primary care physician, I would definitely recommend this office, Dr. Dannenberg in particular.

Dr. Edmondson is incredible at putting me (and, I assume, his other patients) at ease and comfortable sharing my concerns and fears. The scope of his knowledge in so many medical areas is impressive, yet he does not hesitate to refer me to specialists when he feels that is the best path. His anecdotal method of explaining a concept or medication make me think of a wise old country doctor with leather bag making house calls, even if he is younger than me. It's a shame there aren't doctors making house calls today, but Dr. Edmondson is so gifted with such a wonderful bedside manner that I don't mind trekking from Antioch to Cool Springs.
