What is the NEW Time to request an Rx refill of a current medication? It was 48 hours. Is it Now 72 hours, or yet the more reasonable 48 hours?
And, please have your IT Management scope out the Patient Portal re: Rx Refills. Need a confirmation.

72 to 48 hours. Sometimes we can get them done in less time. We ask that you request your refill before you run out of your medications as it could take up to 72 business hours.
