We bought online and had our appliance delivered from the Portage store... we were really impressed with the overall process. Our washer was delivered literally the morning after we made the online purchase. We were so happy with the 2 gentleman that delivered the washer-- they were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They installed and even removed our old washer. I would definitely recommend going this route for large item purchases!!

This store is very clean and organized. When I visited, I needed something our of the case and I did have trouble finding someone to help. I asked one guy and he said I just clocked in.. just look for someone in a blue shirt. I waited quite some time but when I did get someone to help, he was very friendly. I was looking for Pokemon cards and they didn't have much of a selection but I was able to get a cool tin for my kiddo.

I always order online for pickup these days, never have any problem. Very helpful and kind staff, I hope they are paid and treated fairly. Before buying, search around for lower prices, Best Buy will match many of their prices.

The most provocative site I have in America today. Because the workers didn't give me a walk around the store to buy me my comfort. They thought I was a thief, they kept behind me all the time. Despite the cameras being there, they don't trust. And that's not true. From now on, I personally will write an article with length and presentation to the Arab people about a shop. Best Buy. With the bad handling that happens. And I'm not entirely satisfied with the outcome

Hi Jessica! I use Google on my phone for all my computer related issues, and almost always find what I need, especially on the company's web forums. However if that fails doesn't work or you simply don't feel comfortable with it, I'd try Best Buy to see if someone there can help you. Good luck!! I know how stressful that is.

As a 3rd party contractor who's often in Best Buy's, I know they recycle their old stock that is unsellable but seriously doubt they would take old TV's. Best bet would be your local recycling center.

Yes, they replace iPhone screens same day if you have Apple Care, if not then they can't do anything but sell you a new phone probably at a deal since you can still trade in a broken phone for a gift card towards the new phone.

Not that I'm aware of..there are cheaper versions but not made by apple. My kids found some on Amazon for 20$. I've also seen blue tooth ear buds at Walmart fairly cheap..they are not apple quality but still sound great. Good luck to ya.

Many smart TVs allow casting from your device directly to the set. This is especially true with a Samsung phone and a Samsung TV, or a Sony Android TV. Before you buy anything else I would certainly suggest that you research that option further, or go in to the store with the information (model numbers, etc.) for the devices and ask an associate in the Mobile phone department or in the Home Theater department (TVs.)

There are too many variables to give an accurate estimate. If you have not got at least $500 to $1000 don't even think about it. That is on the cheap side. Your key word was... Install. Expect another 500 to 1000 for professional installation and training.
