I have a dell laptop and cant remember my password and when i try to reset my password it does nothing any ideas on how i can reset my password?

Hi Jessica! I use Google on my phone for all my computer related issues, and almost always find what I need, especially on the company's web forums. However if that fails doesn't work or you simply don't feel comfortable with it, I'd try Best Buy to see if someone there can help you. Good luck!! I know how stressful that is.
