Made reservations 3-4 days ago for a 3 night stay. They charged me $730 after I checked in on the mobil app. Got my key and went to the room. There was a door tag on the door. They investigated and advised me that they gave my room to someone else and charged me. They offered me a first floor room which I declined. Very poor front desk service. I’ve put up with their aging hotel, poor front desk service for 10 years. Appears that management couldn’t care less and letting this hotel fall into poor condition and poor service. Will never stay there again.

There was a newborn right next door and sounded like the walls were made of tissue paper. The baby might as well have been sleeping in my room. I could hear every word of the conversations the people were having too and them slamming their door going in and out all night. I asked to switch rooms as I was there on business and was told they were booked and there is nothing they could do. The manager working didn't even have the decency to come out of the back office to apologize or anything just left it to the person working the front desk to tell me there is nothing they could do. Usually I like Mariott hotels but would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a restful night's sleep. You are far more likely to get one at a truck stop motel.

Down there for a state wrestling tournament. The room was exquisite, shower was the best part. The hot tub and pool are also good. When it comes to hotels I can honestly say this was one of the better ones that I stayed at.

We were traveling in from Wisconsin for a funeral and we had reserved 3 rooms. I called to see if we could get early check in at 1030 that morning and they said two o clock was the earliest they could do. That was fine but what wasn’t was that my daughter received a email at 2 o clock saying her room had been canceled and moved to another hotel across town. So when we arrived because she was just gonna stay in her sisters room they informed us that two of three rooms were canceled. This was a hour before our funeral that we were struggling to find a hotel to check into to get ready for the funeral. We asked for a manager and she was of no help and very very rude. She informed us that they overbooked and when asked how did we fit the criteria to have been the ones to get canceled she said “ I don’t know what to tell you? “ There was no compensation offered, a free or discounted room at another time” she said I don’t know what you want me to do. Well for future reservations for anyone looking at this hotel Beware!! Cause I can’t hardly think at 2 o clock they realized they overbooked! This was booked the week before as a no changes, or cancellation type room. But it’s ok for them. Poor business practice

Thank you for your question! There is no additional fee to send a package to our hotel. The front desk staff will call your room when the package arrives and will hold it at the desk until you are ready to pick it up.
