Want to order product by calling why can't I do that ?

I ordered online. I could not get a real person on the phone, but I did chat with a real person on their site

You can do that. I ordered my stuff off the phone

I have ordered over the phone recently. Have the item SKU number handy that you want to buy and call the store directly. I just did this and bought a new washer and dryer.

Have you tried calling the store directly and asking if you're able to make an order over the phone..? Are you not able to do online ordering?
