Samira was amazing!! I loved her playlist, energy, and pacing. She was not fake enthusiastic / in your face like many other cycle instructors are. She was subtlety motivational and appreciated how she counts us in and out of circuits. (I found it psychologically helpful to know I had like four counts to catch the beat and to know how many more were remaining until the end of a push.) Great experience thanks to the instructor!!

Check on the website but I believe some where around 25-30 per drop in. They also have membership plans but not sure what those cost.
You do have to rent shoes, but they don't have a separate cost from the membership. Once a member, you can just pick up a pair before every class
