The Hotel was clean, beds comfortable....air conditioning was a little noisy. Location to the airport is a bonus...however, no convenience store at the hotel and only a gas station nearby. The highlight of our stay at the hotel was the Bartender, Carrie, she is FABULOUS!!!! Very fun and personable...makes a terrific margarita!!! She was a joy to have take care of us when at the bar/restaurant.

The rooms themselves were great. VERY comfortable bed and quiet room. We were on the top floor. The air conditioner was not working properly. The thermostat in the hallway said it was 88 degrees. The coolest we could get our room was probably 75 degrees (and that was early in the morning after the night helped cool down the room). The pool area is AMAZING. I would consider going back but request a room on the bottom floors hoping that the rooms are cooler.

Breakfast was good, hotel was decent, staff was friendly, room was clean. My only complaint is they do not have a free coffee service that most hotels have. You have to order it and pay for it at the restaurant/bar area. Otherwise it was a nice stay!

Deluxe Room with King Size Bed. Great place to stay for the money. The doors to the rooms are grey and metallic with large numbers on them that remind me of either an institution or a storage unit. There is not cushioning on the doors frames so expect to hear doors slamming day and night. Once inside, the room was pretty decent. The biggest impression was left by the hallways smelling like marijuana and a truck parked on the curb in front of the lobby with slashed tires. When I was younger I'd stayed at other hotels with comparable prices and they were trash compared to this one. It was my first time ever coming to Nashville and the impression that I got from the super markets and tourist stops was that the city was getting run-down/tired and smelled like marijuana lol! Pros - Room was clean and decent. - Water worked well. - Staff was pretty friendly. - Bed was pretty comfortable. Cons - Rooms do not cancel out noise. - No microwave. - Room/Elevator card had to be reprogrammed every 24 hours. - Restaurant/Bar is pretty pricey. - Trash cans do not have bags in them.

They did offer board games though...
It's an airport shuttle.
No hot tub. When i went the pool was down as well. They're also doing renovations.. wish i would've known that before i went, just saying
I was billed at checkout, not after. But when billed they showed me that I had initialled a sheet at check-in saying that I would pay for the amenity charge upon checking so 🤷 To be fair, I was amazed at all the services the hotel had to offer, the charge would have been worth it had I used any of them.
That's a good question. I personally don't have any idea as to what it may have been, but I do know that The Hotel Preston is phenomenal! It's an amazing hotel for the price.
Yes, you can bring your pet. $45 deposit per pet.
The shuttle just goes to the airport. Downtown is about 10/15mins by car. It was pretty easy to get an uber. I actually enjoyed that it was 1) really easy to get to the airport in the morning & 2) Alot quieter and more relaxing than being in the middle of the city.
No
You should be able to call about shuttle times, but I believe they will pick you up anytime. If it's within 5 miles of the hotel, enterprise will pick you up.
