I just recently moved into an apartment here. I must say.. everyone on the staff was so helpful. Lynn and all the others at the office are so welcoming and they were always helpful when needed. The maintenance crew here are just great and come in a timely manner when I had an issue. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place that you could call home. I love my apartment and the surroundings. I like looking at all of the pets as well.

I want to thank Jim, Jennifer and staff for the assistance over the years. I lived in Georgetown townhouse for 19 years. Loved my place. Jim and Jennifer always responded to any request. Loved my patio and neighbors. The only reason I moved was to be closer to my family in Boston. MA. Miss everyone.

My husband and I just moved into Georgetown Apartments and love it here! The building is quiet and the apartment was in great condition upon moving in! Shawna and Jen who work in the office are fantastic! They made the whole process easy and are really friendly and helpful! We’re looking forward to hopefully many years of being here😁

just had a friend who passed away, and the management stated we had to have all of her stuff out by end of month in 2 days. Not only is this a horrible business practice, its a horrible human being to act this way. I would never ever let anyone we know rent from this place. should be zero stars
