I usually go to the Lancaster location and never have any issues. This particular time I placed an order online for pick up in the Amherst store because they were the only ones with it in stock. I drove out of my way to pick up my item when it was ready. I didn't have my order # or my phone with me. I did have my i.d. and my credit card I used to place the order. The associate I delt with was rude and unhelpful telling me that she can't look it up without my order #. I said you mean to tell me you can't search my name and she claimed she tried but nothing came up. When I asked if there was a courtesy phone to use to call the Kohl's online # to get my order # she said there wasn't any phones I could use either. When I explained I already drove 30min out of the way is there a manager that can help me she stated everyone was busy. It took me close to an hr to finially get my tshirt I ordered after going to a nearby library to look up my confirmation email. Completely unacceptable.
