These ladies really know what they are doing. They put my daughter in the perfect dress. She is so happy she finally found something that fit and looks amazing. The women who work at this shop are very rude. My daughter and I came in to shop for her prom dress. She’s tall and slim and wears a 00-0 typically. Knowing designer dresses often run small, we chose sizes 00-4 to put on the rack to try on. A women came up and told us to stop putting dresses on the rack that weren’t her size. I told her my daughter wears the sizes we were trying and she looked my 16 year old daughter up and down with a look of irritation and said “well I see you are choosing 00 dresses” and walked away. The dressing room experience was all of the same. The woman helping with the dresses was cold and acted annoyed through the entire process. All of the dresses fit my daughter but after the experience we had, I will gladly spend our $ elsewhere. Making a young girl feel self conscious about her body is not ok and the overall tone in the shop is “they are annoyed you are even there”.

i needed a Mother of Bride dress. Jacquen was so kind and patient. I told her specifications of color and city of Wedding. my style preference was not easy to accomplish. By the time I walked out...dress was orderd An absolute professional and knows her business along with clientele. I am from Chicago and did not know this city.
