Unfortunately dogs are allowed. They must be on a leash (no longer than 6 feet), and you need to pick up after them.
I was there a few days ago and I didn't notice it. If you ignore the bees, they will ignore you. Let them live in peace, it's good for the environment and the park. It's also a park and nature.
I work for the company that is doing the work. Yes reconstructing the pond, seating space, and I'm not sure about the parking. Shoiuld be done and grass growing by July if weather cooperates.
