Horrible. We are constantly charged overdraft fees. Their online banking will show a balance and available funds, then in the middle of the day, completely change and force fees. This is called "fee structuring" and many of the big banks …

I first entered this bank to cash a check as they were the only open. Since they couldn't because I didnt have an account, they made suggestions and helped me find the nearest place to cash it. I opened an account shortly after. I love their service, very friendly. Definitely recommend.
