Awesome! I had had a very long day when I got in a seemingly endless line for a much needed pick me up. I had driven around 250 miles and still had to get home 25 minuets south of here. A very sweet girl came to my window to take my order. This was my first visit to a Dutch Bros coffee so I asked if they had something vanilla and blended. She recommended a few choices and I chose (I cannot remember the name) but it was vanilla, blended with an extra shot. I got to the window really quickly considering the line. They have this down. I really had very little wait time. I was greeted by another gal sitting it the window who told me my coffee was on them since it was my first visit. I was astonished. I thanked her more then onceI put my cash for the coffee in the tip jar and drove off kinda tearing up over the kindness of the free drink. It really had been a long day as I said and this one act was enough to set my mind back to a better place and get myself home. The delicious coffee helped just as much. It was really tasty and I'm going to mention this. The whipped cream on top of my I'll use the term coffee lightly haha. Yes, with the shot it had a coffee flavor but what I drink is more like a milkshake with coffee in it. I'll try an americano next time so I can taste the coffee as coffee. Anyway, the whipped cream was superb. Unlike other star coffee chain places who's whipped cream leaves a weird waxy coating in your mouth. So the service was fast, efficient and friendly and my first taste of their extensive menus was such that I'll be going back. I will even go to the one near my home who's line is always 10- 15 cars deep because I know they have their stuff together and the wait won't be anything at all. Thank you Dutch Bros for the unanticipated gift of a free coffee restoring my spirits and making my tedious drive home much more tolerable. It really is the little things. You've got one new devoted customer!

The staff were all 5 stars, and this location is fine. The only reason we went here at all is because it's the only place in the area that serves white coffee. Otherwise, we maintain our boycott against Travis Boersma. We're of Native decent and helped the brothers build their fortune with our loyalty to their product, and now, they want to take that money and rob our people in Grants Pass? No. It is an insult. Furthermore, rather than be respectful and back away when he found out he was interfering in Native business, he pushed the DOJ and Oregon Racing Commission into having to deny him licensure because being Oregon's newest billionaire wasn't enough. This area needs a good drive thru stand that sells white coffee so that when we're down here visiting family, we don't have to purchase from someone who neither respects our culture nor the fact that he has interfered in something that was supposed to be a way wypipo made reparations to Native folks. EDIT REPLYING TO COMPANY'S RESPONSE: This is not something your customer service team can resolve. The *only* right answer to make my reviews about this go away is for Mr. Boersma to respect the Tribes and close down that entire gambling house now. He had a chance to keep my business and maintain high reviews when the Tribes first approached him about it. He blew that and pushed that too far because he felt entitled to it like most wypipo do. Nope. I'm going to continue blasting him about the patently disrespectful thing he's done and how he lacks appropriate remorse about it.

Our drinks are great dairy-free! We can make them with any of our plant based milks, including oat, almond and coconut.
