Usually a great place, it seems they are feeling the employee shortage. I placed an order online for 4 bags of Bear Mountain Smoker pellet's ( which are a great value compared to other brands) The email said allow 4 hours for the order, which was to long I needed to get the ribs on the grill early. I went to the store to just get it myself and was told it was easier to cancel the order and just ring them up. No problem what ever is easier, drove around back and picked up my order. Next day email arrives saying my order is ready to pick-up. I thought it was canceled? Would It really have taken to the next morning to fill my order? Do not shop online at this location. They do have a great location to fill larger RVs with propane though and usually have the best price on it, plus offer a military veteran discount with ID.

Rain checks are specific to the cash register's in each store, so unfortunately there is no way to pass them between two stores. You should be able to place a rain check by phone at an alternate store as long as the item is due in within the next 45 days.
