When I tell you beyond rude does not explain the experience at this place. Their manager Nicole gave one price over the phone and then upon retrieving my vehicle the price was completely different. Not only was I charged over $700 (a price that was not even written on the original paper), but this man had the audacity to come in my face yelling, saying discriminatory things and saying “how dare I”. But that’s Okay, because I have the higher up to take care of them. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR NO REASON. If your car has to be towed, ASK who it is first and say HELL NO!

RIP OFF. CHECK THE INVOICE BEFORE PAYING. THEY OVERCHARGED ME BY $200. ON THE PHONE, TOLD ME $500. AFTER PAYING, I CHECKED THE RECEIPT AND $316 IS WRITTEN. THIEVES!!!
