Valeria was absolutely incredible to work with especially not being a local client and living abroad with a tight window where I'd be in ATL for work to finalize everything. From the start - she was extremely responsive and happy to educate me on the topic, where I'll be the first to admit I knew very little about. I have been going to Ascot for a while now. Each time I have come to them for an idea for a piece of jewelry they have never turned me away. From my fiancés engagement ring to custom cufflinks they can do it all. They are very good with budgets and wont push you to go over your budget nor force anything upon you. I ended up below budget for all items i have made with them. I actually have moved recently and I still work with Ascot. shipment has always be next day and once I received a package from them with in 24hrs (I know that is at the hands of the shipping gods but it still showed me they know what they are doing)
