The last time I went there for a quick oil change was about two months ago on a Saturday and I was told I had two wait two and a half hours I left and came back on Tuesday and I still had to wait one hour.

When your service managers are trained do you train them to do right by the customer ? Especially when it's the fault of your mechanic?
