As told to us by you, a tow truck driver informed you that your vehicle had an oil leak, which you felt we were responsible for. You put oil into your car to replace what supposedly had leaked out. At this point, the 'check engine' light came on. We looked at your car and determined that not only was there no leak but now the oil was overfilled. The check engine light came on due to a sensor in the transmission. We had hoped the absence of an oil leak would have been proof enough that we did not damage your vehicle, so we're sorry that you feel otherwise.
I wish i could say the same about my service since the new service manager came aboard. Guess i will go to the next higher up before speaking with the owner.
Well actually I never had any issues with their services they are trained professionally to satisfy their customer needs and I know it's all about business to them but they do somewhat care about the customer this is the only Honda local store that actually takes pride in their work and work with their customers until they are both satisfied with the end result believe me I have tried many other Honda local stores They Don't Come Close compared to Greenwich Honda so if you want the end result I highly recommend visiting Greenwich Honda it's the best place I found so far 😉👍
You need to send this to the service manager and district manager. I have always had perfect service work.
