Joshua was quick to attend to our needs in getting a heat exchanger replaced in our Navien 240A water heater. I got an error code the next day and could not get hot water. He responded quickly and it turned out the house painters had covered the vent forcing the water heated to shutdown🫣. They didn’t even charge me a house call service charge for wasting their time.
