This is a very expensive vet experience. They are very professional, facility is really nice and clean and bright etc. staff are helpful and friendly overall but this is a specialist vet and so everything costs twice as much (if not more!) than my regular vet. I brought both of my senior dog here for dental work and they required me to get a preliminary physical checkup done before they would take them as dental patients. I was astounded by how expensive the check up was. They never informed me how much the various lab-work and diagnostics would cost and I assumed it would be on par with similar blood work etc that I've had done at other offices. NO! SO much more expensive for the same routine labs and checkup! Also the receptionist took the time to call me 3 times to remind me to pay for a fecal sample and also emailed me a bill for the fecal sample but they never reminded me even once that I only had 30 days to bring in a urine sample and so consequently I brought it in after 30 days and I was forced to pay the $70 urinalysis fee TWICE! They are the place to go for special cases and did a great job with the dental work but you should be prepared to pay top dollar for the experience.

The staff is absolutely awesome!!! The nurses are very compassionate n helpful. The doctors are the best also.
