9/8/2022 When a person or a group of people make the decision to create a business for pets, I created it out of love for them and obviously for work and profit. But what I don't understand is that the image of your business is taken care of by arrogant people who only care about adding hours to their checks. My recommendation, do not bring your pets to this site. If the image of the company is so bad I don't want to imagine its doctors. I do not generalize but today's girl has neither soul nor heart to be in that place.

Today we requested an appointment for my 2 cats, they informed us only to bring the vaccination documents but they did not tell us anything about the suitcase, when we arrived at the appointment we were attended by a young woman in an arrogant manner speaking English and the little we understood was that we needed to carry a suitcase, We tried to answer that we didn't know, but we were going to bring them, she heard us speak Spanish seeing the difficulty we had in communicating and kept telling us things in English that we didn't understand. With the translator we wrote to her that by then we had already brought the guacals that we would not take long and she answered in Spanish (she knew how to speak divinely Spanish, she saw that we did not understand her, that we spoke Spanish, that we were suffering with communication all that time and she continued speaking to us in English knowing Spanish) his response was "that either we bought the guacals there or we lost the appointment, we decided to leave. Their attention was terrible, your treatment and arrogant way when answering. They do not deserve even 1 star.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 2, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 2, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 2, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 2, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
