We’ve had the greatest experience at Harbourside SoNo since moving in this past summer. We’ve lived in various other apartment communities and this has consistently exceeded our expectations. The Property Manager, Josephine, is extremely knowledgeable and always greets you with a smile when you pass by her office. It’s notable how she goes above and beyond to ensure the property is exceeding the expectations of its residents.

Harbourside SoNo has been a fantastic facility and community since moving from another property within the South Norwalk Area. The Property Manager, Josephine, takes pride in her work and consistently goes above and beyond ensuring that the property is exceeding the expectations of its residents. With experience of living within numerous properties throughout the Stamford and Norwalk area, Josephine easily has been the best overall Property Manager that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Additionally, while maintenance requests may tend to linger in larger properties, maintenance requests at Harbourside are almost immediately tended to by the maintenance team (Gustavo). Gustavo is always happy to assist with any resident matters and never ceases to deliver excellent service.

The amazing 'dream team' of Josephine and Sam sold me on the Harbourside Sono! They are smart & fastidious, they are good listeners and they actually get things DONE! My kind of people! After first looking here, then looking at several other buildings in other towns, I determined this was the best spot for a number of reasons. PRIMARILY, I made my decision based on my interactions with Josephine and Sam. I like efficiency and I like smart...generally, these traits trickle down to all employees...(not to mention the fact that I liked the building itself... :) Thank you, you two, for steering me in the right direction. Harbourside SoNo offers in-unit washer and dryers in all our apartment homes.
Harbourside SoNo has unassigned parking spaces for all residents. Residents have the option of upgrading to reserved parking spaces for an additional fee.
Harbourside SoNo has a designated package room where all mail carriers deliver packages and place directly in the package room. Resident packages needing signatures during office hours are received by the office, placed in the package room and residents are notified that they have a package to be picked up.

Yes, Harbourside SoNo is pleased to welcome pets to our community, including large dogs, with no weight restrictions. A maximum of two pets per apartment home are allowed and certain breed or other pet restrictions may apply. Please inquire directly with the Harbourside SoNo team to learn about any associated pet fees or additional pet rent.
Yes, all residents of Harbourside SoNo are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Harbourside SoNo. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Harbourside SoNo team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
Applicants at Harbourside SoNo have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own. A Guarantor must have income at least six (6) times the monthly market rent with verifiable income and meet set employment and credit history requirements. The Harbourside SoNo team can answer questions about the application process for adding a guarantor.
To start your application process at Harbourside SoNo, all parties over the age of 18 planning to live in the home must complete a rental application. All Harbourside SoNo applicants are subject to approval through a third-party applicant screening service and require: (1) household income verification, (2) rental history verification, (3) credit screening, and (4) criminal history screening. Your screening may require additional information before a determination can be made. If this is the case, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.
