Front desk staff are SO. VERY. RUDE. Pulled three pets from the care of their incredibly kind doctors & vet techs because of the front desk attitude. We've used Deer Run for 6 years and each year they've grown more indifferent. NO smiles, no polite banter while taking your money, NO thank you... You can go there if you can tolerate one word, curt, flippant answers -- when I told them we were moving to a new vet because they lack basic courtesy, she shrugged her shoulders, smacked her gum and apatheticly said "ok".

My cat Echo was very sick and Falmouth Animal Hospital was amazing,took me in on an emergency and took very goid care of my baby The vet techs are great too......front desk was great when i called 🙏🤗

Terrible experience! A swelling on the side of my cat's face was diagnosed as cancer. When she had some bleeding from around her eye, I called for help or medication. I was told there was nothing they could and no medication they could think of. Went to another vet who did do something to keep her comfortable and content for another 3months.
