I have been going here for over 15 years. I use to deal with Cliff, but he has since retired. Went their last year during this crazy pandemic and they were both patient and understanding. I have NEVER had any issues with them. Any time I went in for them to do an adjustment, even get a new case because mine got old, they always were happy to replace it and do whatever they needed to do to make me happy. There are two eye glass stores in close proximity of each other and I would NEVER EVER go to the other. Too many reasons to list. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I happen to love this place.
