This court doesn’t help tenants at all the legal aid services work with the landlords they are over worked and understaffed they don’t help with evictions when it comes to minorities which I have witnessed the difference in communication. How does a judge agree with a stipulation to move when you have a ERAP application pending . That’s beyond me . And my legal aid pressured me to go into a stipulation because she didn’t want to come back to court on the matter this is unexceptionable and unethical. Im sure there are others out there with the same complaints as mine .

It's unbelievable how you fax the courts letter to adjourned your case because you have to work, and they still had the case without you. No one contact me or anything.
